Design review and simulation
We evaluate existing designs on any induction equipment with heating process simulations, then propose alternatives that fit your line and your part mix.
All styles · All OEM designs · Worldwide
We review existing designs on any induction equipment with heating process simulations — then design, rebuild and upgrade the coil to mill-duty standards.
What we do
All styles and all manufacturers' designs, worldwide. Send us the make, model and part size range and we will tell you what the coil should be — not just what it was.
We evaluate existing designs on any induction equipment with heating process simulations, then propose alternatives that fit your line and your part mix.
Rebuilds of every primary coil type for forging, mass heating, end heating and upsetting, plus heat-treat inductors, cast block and replaceable liner designs.
Quick-change coil and bus upgrades, replaceable high-temperature roof plates, ceramic-coated rails and Inconel rail conversions that extend service life.
Primary coil types
The best coil design for forging and mass heating. Only the ID is cast, so the refractory section can be thicker or trowelled.
Older but more durable than a solid cast brick design. Reusable pouring forms save repair cost over the fiber housing design.
A European OEM-influenced design. We install corner-tapped brass blocks in place of heli-coil anchoring in the frame boards.
For end heating and upsetting at high volume, where a solenoidal pigeonhole coil cannot index cycle quickly enough.
Used when planning around space constraints — bar end heating, plates and axle blanks for forming.
Cast block, replaceable liners, coreless furnaces, transformer windings, modular and reactor coils, MIQ and fabricated heat-treat inductors, rails, cables and interconnection bus.
An hour on what actually fails on a forging line and what a rebuild should cost. No charge, run quarterly — each date is posted once that quarter's group is full.
